This weightlifting bench is perfect for use at home. The key feature is its easy folding mechanism, allowing for safe storage after use. Additionally, it is stable during weightlifting and can support the use of lifting bands for different exercises.

I have a bowflex and use it from time to time and it is good for staying in shape, but I don't feel it provides the right type of resistance to build muscle bulk so I've wanted to get a weight bend and some free weights for a while. My exercise room is pretty packed at this point with the treadmill, stationary bike and bowflex so I wanted something relatively compact and easy to move and store and this bench has been perfect. It only took a few minutes to assemble and is compact enough to fit anywhere easily, but is plenty sturdy for doing dumbbell flies and inclined presses, etc. The angle can be adjusted quickly by just lifting the back and setting it into a higher or lower slot. The bench padding is minimal but plenty for home use and the quality is good and should hold up well for many years of use. Time to get swole!

This is a great weightlifting bench for home use. The most important factor is that it folds easily and that it can be stored safely when you're done using it. It's also sturdy enough not to wobble when you're lifting weights and you can attach lifting bands for various exercises!

I was able to put this together, on my own, within 10 minutes so very simple assembly with everything needed included.
