Shipping & Delivery Policy

Keppi website is currently shipping exclusively to the continental United States.

Order Processing
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled before it is dispatched. We are dedicated to preparing your order with care to ensure quality and accuracy.

Delivery Timeline
Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days within the continental U.S. Please note that delivery times may be impacted by holidays or unforeseen events.

Pre-Order or Back-Order Items
For orders containing pre-ordered or back-ordered items, all available products will be shipped immediately. Any remaining items will be dispatched as soon as they become available, and you will be notified via email.

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID and a link to monitor your shipment once it is on its way. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to become active.

Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. If you need to correct your address, please contact us immediately at support@keppifitness.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered the fulfillment process.

Returns

Lost or Stolen Packages
Keppi is not responsible for packages that are reported as "delivered" by the shipping carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen.
