Refunds and Returns Policy for Keppi

At Keppi Fitness, we strive to provide the best possible products and customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair Refunds and Returns Policy to ensure that your concerns are addressed promptly.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most products purchased on keppifitness.com under the following conditions:

· Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you receive the product.

· Condition of Products: The item(s) being returned must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.

· Exclusions: Some products are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:

Opened or used products (e.g., supplements, hygiene-related items).

Customized or personalized products.

Gift cards.

If a product is ineligible for return, it will be clearly stated on the product page prior to purchase.

2. Initiating a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Support: Email our support team at support@keppifitness.com with the following information:

Your order number.

The name of the product(s) you wish to return.

The reason for your return.

2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your return request and, if eligible, issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please do not return any items without this number.

3. Packaging and Shipping: After receiving the RA number, securely pack the product(s) in the original packaging, if possible, to avoid damage during transit. The RA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package.

4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is properly received.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund based on the following:

· Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

· Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. You will be notified via email once your refund is issued.

· Refund Amount: The refund will include the price of the product minus any non-refundable shipping fees. In the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, we will offer a full refund or exchange and cover return shipping costs. To initiate a return for a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the product.

Please include the following information in your email:

· Photos of the damaged or defective product.

· The order number and details of the issue.

5. Return Fees

· Return Shipping Costs: In most cases, customers are responsible for paying for the return shipping. However, if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

· Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returns unless otherwise stated for specific items.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.

7. Gift Returns

If you received a product as a gift and wish to return it, the following applies:

· The return process is the same as for standard returns.

· Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser. If you would prefer store credit, please let us know when initiating the return.
