Keppi have poured our hearts into developing the Bench6000 X — our flagship high-end fitness bench, crafted to deliver exceptional quality and durability. To match its premium nature, we are delighted to offer each customer a complimentary custom metal logo plate.

Each metal plate is personalized with a unique customer number and crafted using precise laser engraving.

Steps to Request Your Custom Logo Plate:

     1. Prepare Your Logo Content

• For Text-based Logos (e.g., names, numbers, or phrases):
  Please provide the exact text you want to be engraved (e.g., “Keppi Fitness”). You may arrange it within the dimensions of 4.72in (width) × 1.37in (height), or our team can layout the text and send a preview for your approval. If no specific font is requested, we will use our standard template font.
• For Graphic Logos:
  If available, please provide your logo in PDF format. If a PDF is not available, you may send the image as a photo or picture file. Please ensure the design fits within 4.72in (width) × 1.37cm (height) and avoid placing key elements where pre-drilled holes are located. We will create a layout preview for your confirmation. Please note: We do not offer logo design services.

     3. Confirmation & Production

We will confirm the final layout with you before production. Once approved, your custom plate will be manufactured and shipped to your provided address. Production time depends on the queue. A tracking number will be provided after shipment.

Disclaimer for Custom Stainless Steel LOGO Plates

 

1. Limited Liability
KEPPI ("the Company") shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the design, manufacture, sale, or use of the custom stainless steel LOGO plates ("the Product"). This includes, but is not limited to:

• l Any claims for personal injury or property damage resulting from the improper installation, misuse, or failure of the Product.
• l Any business losses, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• l Any damages arising from the customer's provided design, including trademark or copyright infringement.

2. Customer-Provided Designs & Intellectual Property
The customer represents and warrants that they are the rightful owner of or have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and rights for any artwork, design, logo, or text ("Customer Design") they provide to the Company for production. The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KEPPI, its employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, suits, or proceedings alleging that the Customer Design infringes upon any third party's intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark, or patent).

3. Design Approval & Proofs
The customer is solely responsible for thoroughly reviewing and approving all digital proofs, mock-ups, and design specifications provided by the Company before manufacturing begins. The Company is not responsible for errors in spelling, color, layout, or design that were approved by the customer. Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.

4. Product Specifications & Variations
The Company makes every effort to manufacture the Product as described. However, the Company does not guarantee that the Product will be identical to digital renderings in all aspects, as variations may occur due to the nature of stainless steel, manufacturing processes, finishing techniques, and lighting conditions. Minor imperfections that do not affect functionality are not considered defects.

5. Installation & Use
The customer is solely responsible for the safe and proper installation and use of the Product. The Product is intended for decorative and identification purposes. It is not rated for structural or load-bearing applications. The Company provides no warranty regarding the Product's longevity or resistance to corrosion, fading, or wear in specific environmental conditions unless explicitly stated in a separate written warranty.

6. Governing Law
This Disclaimer and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State, e.g., Delaware, California], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order for a custom LOGO plate, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer.
