Welcome to Keppi. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of keppifitness.com (the “Website”) and purchases made through the Website. “Keppi,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating the Website.

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. Other policies referenced here may apply to particular transactions. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to enter into a binding purchase agreement. You agree to provide accurate information and keep account credentials confidential. Notify us at support@keppifitness.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.

We may restrict access to an account or the Website when reasonably necessary to address security concerns, fraud, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

We work to describe products, specifications, compatibility, availability, and included accessories accurately. Product images may show optional accessories or illustrative configurations; please review the specific product listing for what is included.

We may correct typographical errors or inaccurate product information. Material changes to an accepted order will be communicated to the customer, with applicable cancellation or refund rights respected. Do not assume that an attachment fits a particular model unless compatibility is expressly confirmed in the product documentation or listing.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Prices and promotions may change for future orders without notice. Any applicable sales taxes will be shown at checkout before you submit your order.

Keppi provides free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States for eligible purchases made through our Website. Promotion terms, if any, will be provided with the relevant offer. We may correct genuine pricing errors; if a correction affects an order, we will contact you with available options rather than silently charging a higher price.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the items identified at checkout. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt, not necessarily final acceptance. Orders may be declined or canceled for legitimate reasons including unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, or material listing errors, subject to applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will provide an appropriate refund of amounts collected for the canceled items. Payments are handled through available third-party payment providers. You must use a payment method you are authorized to use and provide accurate billing information.

If you wish to cancel or change an order, contact support@keppifitness.com promptly. We will try to accommodate requests before shipment; once an order ships, the applicable return process may apply.

We aim to ship within our stated processing period, subject to any clearly disclosed pre-order or backorder timeframe. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide any delay notice, choice to consent to a revised shipping time, cancellation option, and refund required under applicable law, including the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

Pre-order or backorder estimates will be identified where offered. A revised estimate does not remove any cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

For orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States, standard shipping is free. We currently do not ship through our Website to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping to U.S. territories is not currently offered.

Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days after shipment. These are typical estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours after shipment confirmation to update.

Large fitness equipment may arrive in multiple packages on different days. Please provide accurate shipping details and review your tracking information. Our separate Shipping Policy contains additional details. Risk of loss and title transfer as required by applicable law and the governing transaction terms; nothing here removes rights for goods lost or damaged before legally effective delivery.

Eligibility, timelines, condition requirements, return authorization, return shipping costs, and refund processing are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy, subject to applicable law.

Please review that policy before initiating a return. For help, email support@keppifitness.com with your order number. No provision of these Terms limits remedies legally available for defective, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Some Keppi products include a limited manufacturer's warranty, with coverage varying by model, component, and the warranty terms provided with that product. Where offered, a Limited Lifetime Structural Frame Warranty applies only according to its specific written terms and should not be understood as lifetime coverage for all components or all products.

Please consult the warranty documentation associated with your product for eligibility, coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures. Product warranties are separate from, and do not replace, consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

For warranty support, contact support@keppifitness.com with your order information, product model, serial number if available, and a description of the issue.

Strength training equipment can cause serious injury if assembled incorrectly, overloaded, damaged, modified improperly, or used without appropriate care. Read and follow the product's assembly, safety, maintenance, weight-rating, and use instructions before exercising.

Use the equipment only for its intended purpose; regularly inspect components, fasteners, attachments, and any locking mechanisms. Do not exceed published capacity limits. Use appropriate training practices and assistance when needed.

Stop using equipment that appears damaged, unstable, or structurally compromised. If a shipment arrives with potentially structural damage, do not assemble or use the affected equipment until the issue has been reviewed. Contact Keppi for assistance. These safety reminders do not remove any legal responsibility Keppi may have for defective products.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and its content—including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, videos, and software—are owned by Keppi or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the Website for personal, lawful shopping purposes. Other reproduction, republication, or commercial use requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

If you voluntarily post a public review, comment, photograph, or other material to a public feature of our Website, you represent that you have the necessary rights to post it and that it does not unlawfully infringe others' rights.

You grant Keppi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and reasonably format that publicly submitted content in connection with operating the Website and accurately presenting customer feedback, subject to applicable law. We will not knowingly alter a review to misrepresent its substance. Any additional promotional use requiring separate permission will be handled accordingly.

Private support communications, warranty photographs, and videos submitted for customer service are not treated as publicly licensed marketing content merely because you sent them to our support team. We may moderate content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise violates reasonable publishing rules, without suppressing authentic reviews solely because they are negative.

You agree not to use the Website to commit fraud; violate applicable laws; infringe others' rights; upload malicious code; interfere with security or availability; scrape or harvest personal information unlawfully; impersonate another person; or otherwise misuse the Website.

We may take proportionate steps to protect the Website and its users, consistent with applicable law.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Reviewing or accepting these Terms does not substitute for any separate consent or privacy choices required by law.

The Website may link to independent third-party services, including payment services and external marketplaces. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party conduct to the extent permitted by law, but this statement does not remove responsibilities imposed on Keppi by applicable law.

We take reasonable steps to maintain accurate content and a functioning Website, but cannot promise that the Website will be available without interruption or error at all times. To the extent permitted by law, the Website is provided without warranties concerning uninterrupted technical operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for personal injury, defective products, fraud, willful misconduct, statutory consumer remedies, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where legally permitted, Keppi will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from temporary Website access problems that were not reasonably foreseeable. Any limitation is subject to applicable law and does not replace or reduce an express product warranty or a customer's mandatory legal rights.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs directly resulting from your intentional unlawful use of the Website, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's intellectual property or other rights.

This provision does not require indemnification merely because you purchased or properly used the Keppi product, and it does not require you to indemnify Keppi for its own negligence, misconduct, or legally non-waivable responsibilities.

We may update these Terms for future Website use or purchases by publishing a revised version and its effective date. Changes will not retroactively remove material rights attached to an already accepted order unless agreed where lawful or otherwise required by law.

Applicable law and the forum for a dispute will be determined under governing legal rules, including any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent lawful. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later. These Terms operate together with the policies expressly referenced in them and any product-specific written warranty or terms presented at purchase; mandatory law takes priority in the event of a conflict.
