By joining the Keppi Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Program Participation & Compliance

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for ensuring your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies (e.g., FTC guidelines on disclosure). Keppi reserves the right to reject or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.

2. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage

You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Keppi trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products as authorized by this program. You may not modify our creative assets, imply any partnership or endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship, or use our brand in a misleading or derogatory manner. All rights remain the property of Keppi.

3. Prohibited Promotional Methods

In addition to prohibited content (see Section 5), you must adhere to the following promotional restrictions:

· No Misleading Claims: Do not make false or misleading claims about our products, pricing, or promotions.

· No Incentivized or Forced Clicks: Do not use incentives (e.g., "click for reward") or deceptive methods to generate clicks.

· No Cookie Stuffing: Do not use any technique to set tracking cookies without the user's explicit knowledge or consent.

· No Spam: All promotional methods must comply with anti-spam laws . Unsolicited email marketing is strictly forbidden.

4. Prohibited Content

You arestrictly prohibitedfrom associating our products with or promoting them on websites/channels featuring:

· Adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit material.

· Violent, hateful, discriminatory, or terror-related content.

· Political content or politically sensitive campaigns.

· Any illegal activities or content that infringes upon the rights of others.

5. Cookie Duration & Attribution

We use a cookie-based tracking system with a30-day cookie period. A commissionable sale is attributed to the last affiliate link clicked by the customer within this window prior to purchase.

6. Commission Qualification & Refunds

Commissions are granted only forqualified purchases(finalized, fully paid orders). If a customer requests a refund within30 days after purchase, the corresponding commission will bevoided or deductedfrom your future earnings.

7. Payout Account & Payment Terms

· Youmust accurately provide and maintain valid payout account detailsin your affiliate dashboard. Keppi isnot responsible for failed payments due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information.

8. Data & Confidentiality

You may receive access to non-public information. You agree to keep such information confidential and use it solely for the purposes of this program.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of Keppi's intellectual property. You will be entitled to receive unpaid commissions for qualified sales generated prior to termination.

10. Modification & Final Interpretation

Keppi reserves the right tomodify these terms, commission rates, or payment procedures at any timeby posting an updated version. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the changes. Keppi holds thesole and final right to interpret these termsand resolve all related matters, including commission disputes and policy violations.
