This item is the most affordable of workout benches. Especially for the versatility it offers with the foot rests for decline crunches.

I was super pleased with the quality of the bench. I spent weeks researching benches and was reluctant to spend so much money on them. I was surprised at how much they ran. Fast forward to coming across Keppi, which almost never shows up on top 10 lists, and I decided to take a gamble. I am so glad I did. People are missing out. It was well packaged. Shipping was within a week! Quality is perfect. I literally have zero complaints. I am about to buy their other bench!

I’m not going to be in any extreme heavy powerlifting competitions, and I’ve only been back lifting for about a year after 20ish years off from high school. That being said, this feels heavy duty and solid, and will do literally all the things I want (flat BP, incline BP, decline for sit-ups or hip thrusters) without having a second concern about whether the bench is right or not - and easily/conveniently stores away when I need more space. Would buy again and recommend for any amateur home gym lifter.
