Bench is very solid & sturdy. I do like that you can take off all the leg attachment stuff to use on just the bench in case you need something to hold your feet. You can attach the leg stops without the need for having the leg curl and leg raise attached, which is nice. The multiple angles the bench can be raised to or lowered too is also super helpful. I will say that this bench is very long and designed for taller people, especially where the leg curl and leg raise are concerned.

First of all this has to be the best multi function bench on the market hands down! I'm extremely happy with this purchase. The quality is extremely high and the capability of functions is great. I highly recommend this bench.

I was looking for a sturdy bench that would not wobble when I use heavier weights. I am 6 foot 210 lbs and had spent some time in the gym in previous years and was looking for something as sturdy as a heavy duty bench without the heavy duty price tag. There were so many to chose from, but I eventually went with this one specifically because it said the slanted pad could be used for both arms at the same time for curling. This proved to be true and you can even balance to weights on the leg setup between reps. This bench is very sturdy and has little to no wobble when I use it. It is a great purchase!
