I was looking for a bench that was adjustable so I could do incline, decline, and flat bench press, but I always hated benches that were too wide because my backarms and triceps would always hit and I could never get a deep stretch when the bench is too wide. If you've worked out in enough gyms, you'd know what I'm talking about. When developing your form on a bench press, as crazy as it sounds, you learn to use your back muscles, particularly your back lats. And having a good bench is necessary in order to do this. This bench meets and exceeds my expectations in all categories. Not only is it extremely adjustable, it will fit all body types and sizes. I was worried it would wobble but if you look at the feet, it is completely sturdy. You can do lawnmowers, crunches, and if that isn't enough... it came with a whole bunch of athletic bands that have seperate handles attached with steel carabiner clips. And a poster with a whole bunch of different workouts you can do. So that's what I meant when I said they went above and beyond because you don't even need a while gym... this thing is so versatile, you can do a whole body workout with just buying this bench. So if you're in the market for a bench.... Get this bench!! Don't look no further and waist time or more money on some expensive thing that does the same thing. I did my homework and this is what I came up with and I'm glad I did.

My son, now a freshman, has always been on the small size for his age group. After starting high school, of course, he felt more lanky than built and asked for a weight bench.
We wanted something to go inside our home and his room is on the second level. Needless to say, between the risk of him hurting himself trying to use the standard, large weights and that of the noise when he drops them, not to mention the damage to the floor, this was the PERFECT solution.
He LOVES it. Now, he has gotten more gifts than imaginable but has recently said, this was the best gift hes ever gotten. That was a surprise to us knowing/remembering all the different things weve come up with year over year.
Its easy for him to use, has the adjustable resistance to grow with him as he builds that muscle tone he wants so bad, and is small enough to fit in his room (granted its a very large room for a teenager).

I use this bench for dumbbell workouts. It's been pretty stable and easy to use. The bench has been handling 70 lb incline and shoulder presses. The folding is convenient for space.

This bench is a great addition to my home gym! I researched a ton before buying, and I believe I made a good choice. I'm 215-lbs, and this bench is plenty sturdy enough for me, and very functional also. The only disappointment, I wish they sold additional "bands" with more tension. It'd be nice to have other options available, the black and red ones it comes with are just way to easy for me. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase!

The bench is pretty good. It adjust flat, declines, and inclines which is exactly what I was looking for. I am able to use it for my weights, situps, and stretching. It doesn't take up too much space and I don't plan to fold it up, so I haven't tried that feature yet.
I was really looking forward to the bands but there is hardly any resistance, so I will not be using those. I was sent new bands so I am satisfied with that.
Overall satisfied with this bench and customer service is excellent!

Omg, this weight bench is awesome. It was easy to assemble and my husband and I already worked out on it. It's sturdy and easy to adjust to fit your workout needs. I love the material and stitching and as we workout more, I probably use a small hand towel to lay on to not get it so sweaty. That's just me, you can easily wipe it off but I have ocd😄. Oh as you can see in my photos, it's easy to put away which was important for me. No complaints on my end!
