Put together in maybe 15 minutes. Easy to adjust. I was a gym rat for 20+ years pre Covid. 51 now. I know what I need to do to stay in shape and this bench is perfect. Price, quality and ease of use. Perfect what I needed for dumbbell works outs.
Just not sure what to do with resistance bands. Kinda cumbersome. Wish I knew what to do with them. My wife might find them beneficial Very happy with my choice.

Cute little addition to my “home gym”. It’s pretty perfect, folds up nice too. I just wish it was a little heavier/sturdier.
