I've been using the Keppi 5000 Adjustable Bench for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed. As a 6'4", 193 lb guy doing serious dumbbell training, I needed something stable, well-built, and versatile — and this bench has delivered.

The pad is firm but comfortable. At my height, the bench’s height feels spot-on — no awkward angles or strain.

Honestly, this is one of the best value benches I’ve found in this tier. For home gyms especially, it’s a no-brainer.
It has a lot to offer for 300 dollars. It is solid and stable. When I received mine the stitching on the middle pad was uneven. It was not a major problem but I had no trouble getting a free replacement for the part. The 10 degree increments offer a lot of flexibility, which could be used for conjugate variations. I think this is the best bench you can buy in this price range.

The bench actually surprised me. My wife and I use the bench and it does get wheeled around the garage gym often. It replaced a 130lb Rep Blackwing. The Keppi 5000 is much lighter but still heavy all things considered. Thankfully the wife is able to move it. That is where my 1st suggestion comes in. The handle to pick this beast up is on the right side of the lower seat frame. It does cause you to rub up against the side of the seat and can be uncomfortable. The solution would be to put a Knurled handle up front mid-line with the seat like REP and most other companies do. It would be much better. The second suggestion would be to change the sit-up attachment handle to be straight up pointing at the ceiling so you can easily grab it when getting into position and when dismounting after finishing. The handle is curved AWAY from you and almost impossible to grasp. The 3rd issue is that the seat slide mechanism is hard to reach under the seat. Move that to the side for ease of access like the REP benches. The 4th issue needing addressed is that the 2 red pins are thing metal and slick. My wife commented that they could easily be replace with a competitors pin system as these are hard to grasp and turn to release the pins and adjust the bench. Other than that, I would shave off some more weight anyway you can keppi. That would make this a 5 star bench. I would call it a 3.5 as is. Thanks
Bench works perfectly, seems solid, pretty large foot base for stability so just keep in mind spatial constraints. With that being said, it does store upright which is cool. Not a fan of the very low handle to pick up and move around. Not a big deal. Drilled hole in leg holder attachment so I could mount it upside down for nordics. Only other "issue" I have is that the lower back pad is slightly misaligned. Just an aesthetic thing, doesn't impact performance. For the price, it's fantastic.
