I'm a thick dude, 5'9 230 llbs. and was looking for a sturdy bench that doesn't wobble. After hours of searching and reading reviews, I selected this one. I'm not going to write paragraphs to sell you on it, just buy it. It was very easy to put together and is a nice quality bench that I think I'll enjoy for a long time. So I got the bench yesterday. Came in a great package and protected well. I built the bench being impressed with the quality even the Keppi logo has a clear cover over it you need to peel it off so it's fresh. The bench is solid and big. The wheels roll great and the adjustments are crisp. However, the reason this is 3/5 and not 5/5 is for the following. I didn't notice at the time because when you build the bench the main frame is already built and the two angle adjustment curves have metal labels on them that show the degree. Mine appears to have had one of the two rivets missing on the Angle metal label for the small seat section. As you can see in the photo not knowing this rivet was missing I adjusted the small seat section causing this metal label to bend and wrinkle. This causes the small seat section to not be all the way adjustable. I have emailed their warranty department to see if they can fix this issue but have not heard back yet. I will adjust my review once I hear back from them.

"My son and I started working out this year and have created our own gym in the basement. We have dumbbells, barbells and squat racks so we decided to get this weight bench for bench pressing along with the squat racks. We owned Keppi adjustable dumbbells and we love them so it was no brainer to buy this bench because they seem to have high standards when it comes to quality and build.
The bench was delivered in one box that was well packaged inside and minor assembly was required but it took less than 30 minutes to fully setup and ready to use. Once assembled, the bench felt heavy and sturdy but it has 2 wheels on one end which can be easily rolled while lifting and holding the handle bar on the opposite side. What I love about this bench is the simple, dead easy mechanism to change the incline. My son and I do full bench press then incline press followed by decline press. This bench allows quick and secure way to adjust the incline with clear, visual label of the angles.
We also use this for sit ups as it provides pads for legs and ankles but that leg part can be removed completely for those who doesn't need it. Can't say enough good things about this weight bench. Highly recommend it without any reservation. Easily 5 out of 5 stars!"

There are so many benches out there and it can be tricky trying to find the right one. I chose this one and have been using it for a couple weeks. I am very impressed! It was easy to assemble and took about 15 minutes with the included tools. The bench looks awesome and is very sturdy. Great for any workout requiring a bench. I also really like that it can fully decline as shown in the product images allowing for some great ab workouts. I got the bench for just over $200 with a coupon and I would say it is definitely worth it for that price.

I bought a Marcy cheap weight bench for close to $100. The cost for the extra stability and quality of this bench is well worth it. Very easy to put together and is super stable. I'm 6'2 215 lb and it works like a charm. Highly recommend this bench.

Got this on sale for cyber Monday. Very easy to put together took me 20 minutes. I love that the foam pads have metal caps that screw on as those get riööed off rather early with most other benches. The option of -20° to 90° with intervals of 10 is excellent. Finally the frame is super thick and balanced despite the bench only weighing 50lbs/25kg or so and that makes it easy to move. Also the pins for the bench angles can be screwed in which is a nice safety feature. Cheers

Great quality bench with sturdy pad and rollers. It has good cushion similar to the benches I used at the gym. It has thick steel support and very stable. The roller pads have screw and washer tightened on each end to keep it from slipping out. Great for doing bench press, incline, decline, and easy to adjust back padding and seat. The installation is very simple and I didn't even need the instructions. It took me about 15 minutes to install. I highly recommend the KEPPI bench.

I’ve tried several other brands and they were either too tall when flat, or too wobbly, or the pad was too short or flimsy, or had odd angles or bad engineering when in decline. This one is rock solid, easy to adjust, sits low to the ground, and works great with the leg roller pads for decline bench press and abs. It’s easy to move around or set vertically out of the way if need be. This feels like a the quality reliable benches I use at the gym. Highly recommend!

Well, I see all these wonderful reviews, and one day I woiuld like to find out for myself. However, when the box came my son tore into it, assembled the unit, and has been using it constantly so that it is dangerous to get to near him, I'm gathering from his behavior that he likes it. I hope to experience this one day as well. :-)

I broke the bench doing something stupid that it wasn't made for. It was past the amazon return time frame, so I reached out to keppi to pay for a replacement and they sent it for free!

I bought this bench to replace a 500$ body solid bench that I hated.After alot of research reading reviews I gave this bench a shot.people for the price you can't go wrong.I would not hesitate to throw big weight on this bench.prrfect height comfortable decline.Small dislike is gap between back rest seat pad.but all adjustable benches have this gap..Built as well as commercial benches at the gym.Padding is a little thin but material feels like it will hold up for a long time.

This is a really solid bench. Feels very sturdy. Also not too heavy, which makes it very easy to move around with 1 hand with the convenient handle on the front and wheels on the other side. This is great if you have limited space due to how easy it is to move around. I can do heavy exercises on this bench and the bench does not rock or feel unsturdy in any way.

The Keppi 1000 is the best bench in this price range, better than flybird and fitness reality. (I ended up returning a fitness reality 2000 XL due to some quality/QC issues...still a good bench but for my money the Keppi beats it in quality and function). The Keppi 1000 is still a great value without a sale price, but for just over $200 is the best bench for the money. Some reviewers (Youtube) wish the adjustment handles didn't have to be screwed in, but I don't mind. Other adjustment benches use a ladder system to incline or decline, but I prefer the adjustment system that stays locked in place. The adjustments lock in tight and there is no play in the bench, even when picking it up to move it. The fit and finish are perfect and Keppi went above and beyond packaging the box for shipping so everything arrives protected and without damage. I am satisfied 100% with this product and it will work well with my Fitness Reality 810XLT squat rack (also a great product).
